Refund policy
At Riverside South Pet Shop, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Dry Food
- Dry food can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date, as long as 2/3 of the bag is still full.
- The barcode and expiry date must be clearly visible on the bag to process the return.
- All returns must be made in-store.
2. Treats and Wet Food
- All treats and wet food purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Toys and Accessories
- Toys and accessories can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in resale condition (unused and undamaged).
- Returns for these items must also be done in-store.
Please note: All returns must be processed in-store, and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
